Because the General Shareholders’ Meeting is an opportunity for constructive dialog with shareholders, the Company has put in place a suitable environment, as noted above and below, for the exercise of rights at the General Shareholders’ Meeting from the viewpoint of the shareholders and with the goal of operating the Meeting in a way that is easy to understand. ・To ensure shareholders are able to make suitable decisions at the General Shareholders’ Meeting, and to provide shareholders with accurate information along with an outline of a medium-term management plan, have been included in the Notification of the General Shareholders’ Meeting. ・In the event institutional investors owning shares in the name of a trust bank, etc. wish to exercise their voting rights at the General Shareholders’ Meeting, the Company shall review whether or not to allow said voting rights to be exercised based on discussion with the trust bank, etc. in whose name they are held. |
