The MS&AD Insurance Group has prescribed its Policy on Fair Operating Practices as follows.
Policy on Fair Operating Practices
- (Prohibition of Corruption including bribery)
Company officers and employees in the MS&AD Insurance Group (hereinafter referred to as the “Group”) shall prohibit Corruption including bribery and similar or suspicious practices.
- (Compliance with laws and regulations regarding political activities and political funds)
Group companies prohibit contributions related to political activities other than those to political parties and political fund-managing organizations. Furthermore, Group companies comply with the laws and regulations regarding political activities and political funds.
- (Development of systems related to fair operating practices and implementation of associated education and training)
The Company develops management systems related to fair operating practices and maintains and operates them. It also regularly conducts education and training programs for all employees.
The “Policy on Fair Operating Practice” also applies to actions other than political activities such as donations, grants, and sponsorships.
