Social Contribution by employees "MS&AD Smile Heart Club"
An organization for Social Contribution, constituted by employees of MS&AD Insurance Group employees. A voluntary contribution from employees' paychecks of any number of 100 yen donation entries is contributed by its members and used to fund NPO sponsorship and volunteer activities.

Matching Gift Program for donations made for disaster relief
For donations collected from employees and made for relief of disasters in Japan where the national disaster act is applicable and of major disasters around the world, the company will match the amount as additional donation.
Matching Gift Program for donations made to the MS&AD Smile Heart Club
A program when the Smile Heart Club makes a donation to an NPO, the company will donate the same amount.
