Here is a brief introduction to our accessibility orientation in this website.
Accessibility of this Website
“Accessibility” of a website is the effort to make the site more easily usable for all people including the elderly, physically challenged, and beginner computer users. For construction of this website, we created our own guideline based on the Japanese Industrial Standards [JIS X8341-3] “the Guideline of Web Construction with Consideration for Elderly and Disabled – Equipment, Software, and Services in Information Communication. Part 3: Web Contents”.

Sound Browser
Since it is designed in line with the Web standards, one can sufficiently gain the desired information from the sound browser. The written texts are also created with consideration to the sound browser's reading-aloud function.
Changing Font Size
The font size of texts in our website can be altered with Font Size Button, or with a function of the browser you are using. If you use the browser's function, font size in other websites* will also change.
*Font size may not be changeable for some websites.
Font Size Button
You can change the font size of the letters by clicking on the “Font Size Button” on the upper right hand corner of this page. The default setting is placed at “Medium”
Font Size Function on a Browser
You can choose the font size of your choice by using the function on your browser.
Below are the instructions to change the font size for each browser.
1. Windows
Internet Explorer 6.0 and above
Go to View, click on Font Size, then select the desired size.
Firefox 2.0 and above
Go to View and Click on Font Size, and the font changes size every time you click on Larger or Smaller.
2. Macintosh
Safari
Go to View and select either “Make Text Bigger” or “Make Text Smaller” to change the font size. The size will change every time you click on them.
Firefox 2.0 and above
Go to View and select Font Size. Every time you click on either “Make Text Bigger” or “Make Text Smaller” the font size will change.
